Mr. Kayode Taiwo is an active researcher with a background in Food Science, focusing on sustainable food systems, waste valorization, and bioresource engineering. His education includes pursuing a Ph.D. in Food Science (Sustainable food system and engineering) at the University of Georgia, Athens, where he is also a researcher in the Department of Food Science and Technology.
